Military Missions sends care packages to our deployed troops year round. We just recently completed our largest mailing of the year (possibly largest ever) during Operation SEND Christmas. We were thrilled to be able to send a care package to every soldier on our list! However, it depleted much of our stock of necessary items such as baby wipes, eye drops, pocket tissues, etc.
Therefore, we are RE-introducing OPERATION DISPATCH. In the past, this has been designated as the 3rd Tuesday of every month. It’s your chance to donate a suggested minimum of $10 each month to help support our troops. For the next 3 months, we are going to add in a couple items that we need donated as well. We need to get items back on the shelves because OPERATION EASTER is just around the corner!
SO.. with that being said… this month we encourage donations of BABY WIPES and EYE DROPS. These are two very important items that get sent in care packages. Many deployed units are in the field for days, weeks, or even months without the opportunity to shower. You can see why baby wipes are so important. Eye drops are also a very necessary item.
It is very easy to donate items, even if you live out of state, with just a few clicks of your mouse. Items can be ordered online and shipped to our office. Another option is to order from a store that is near us such as Dollar Tree or Walmart. It is normally free to ship items to a store and one of our volunteers will gladly go to the store and pick up your donated items. You don’t even have to leave your comfy couch!
So PLEASE get involved in OPERATION DISPATCH and make a monetary donation on Tuesday, January 15th or donate some baby wipes or eye drops anytime.
Feel free to send an email to email@example.com with any questions or if you need help locating a nearby store.

Easter signifies the beauty of new life. As we celebrated the holiday this past weekend, we all paused to think about the sacrifice made by Christ, and what His sacrifice meant for all of us. We have the promise of eternal life because He was willing to die for our sins.
We can also take comfort in knowing that there are thousands of deployed troops who are also willing to make the ultimate sacrifice so that we can live our earthly lives in a country with many freedoms. While we were sitting in our churches, enjoying meals with our families, and hunting for Easter eggs in our backyards, our troops were following orders in harm’s way because they promised to defend our nation.
Because of all the incredible support we receive from those of you who are a part of our Military Missions family, we were able to send care packages to hundreds of troops who weren’t home with their families for Easter. We are so grateful to each of you who donated cards, care package items, funding for postage, and your valuable time to make it possible for us to reach our troops with a message of thanks and encouragement.
Please continue to remember our troops and their families in your prayers.
